		<description>Saw a similar case in Aljunied before. A cat has been knocked down and lying on a road, another cat was lingering it. An stranger and I took to ourselves to remove the dying cat from the road, lest another vehicle runs over it again. The other cat followed us, and keep meowing and checking on the near-dead cat, as if trying to say &quot;Ooi~ Not funny~ Wake up... Pls~&quot;.

Broke my heart. From then onwards, I carry the SPCA Emergency number in my mobile. 62875355, for those of you who doesn&#039;t have it. :(</description>
