Bullshit: Sliced and Diced
February 6, 2010
I'd chanced across this blog entry from One Hundred Words and thought to myself, "How true."
So much bullshit, when we just want to do what we love.
I won't tell my mother these things, why should I tell you?

I hate job interviews.
They suck my will away.
I'm sweating
breathing hard,
and not for a fun reason.
Oh, no. I'm just there,
selling myself.
I grin, I shake hands.
I try to give them a good handshake,
but they're BAD at it.
What do you do?
Sitting in uncomfortable chairs
Talking about jobs you hated
and jobs you 'loved'.
Please, just let me work.
I'll show up, I'll work hard for you.
Stop asking me five things I like about myself
and five things I hate.
I won't tell my mother those things,
why should I tell you?
So much bullshit, when we just want to do what we love.
I won't tell my mother these things, why should I tell you?
