The Beginning of the End…
... Yes, and I don't mean that in a bad way. "Hell week" is finally over, the light at the end of the tunnel is near!
Studio was crazy for me because they had to pack all my scenes together before The Makeover, and it was really really crazy. Looking back, I'm amazed I've managed to pull through. But I wouldn't have been able to do it alone. Hence I'm thankful for the lots and lots of love and support that my friends and family have given me. Especially for those of you who made time to help me script-read - it helped so much. Thanks also to the Managers who were scrambling to find me a "Surgeon" for my Emergency Pre-Studio "Surgery", to the wonderful, wonderful 《宝家卫国》cast and crew - I couldn't have asked for better people to work with. I've learnt so much from all of you, whether you've realised it or not. And I thank God for you all.
Production has been pretty smooth sailing so far, and I hope it stays that way. I'm getting into the hang of things and at least the scenes are more manageable now, so that's good. Once studio is over, I'll be finishing off my remaining outdoor scenes (which includes training in Pulau Tekong) and then soon we'll be wrapping up!
Yesterday we went to Mandai range to try our hand at the HK P7-M8 pistol as part of our "Making Of" program. Lots and lots of fun. Feli was hilarious and had Bryan and I in stitches - just gotta love her. Haha. I think one of the coolest things about my job is being able to try lots and lots of different things which one ordinarily wouldn't.
Anyways, I was contemplating whether to put up pictures or not, but decided not to in the end, since I'm unsure whether it would be considered sensitive. Also, I've got a "new look". Watch the show to find out!

April 25th, 2007 at 1:41 pm i'm not perfect - never have been, never will be. i have made mistakes and will likely make more mistakes in future. what i do believe in though, is trying to be a better person - whether in my personal or professional life. you are right, i am trying hard because i do not want to sit on my ass and watch life pass me by. if things don't work out, it's okay - because i know i worked hard and gave my best in whatever job/opportunity was given to me. i would not be able to forgive myself if i never "tried". i do not want to live my life in such a way that, 20 years down the road, i look back and think, "What if?" It's the "what-ifs" in life that contribute to much of our regrets, and I do not want that to happen. Hence I will keep trying hard, and I will keep working hard. Because that is what I believe in. I hope this clarifies things.
