   littlespunk>> haha, um... honestly? i tend to freak and run through the whole thing over and over again in my mind. but no, that's bad, don't do that. the best way is to hit the ground and pray. for the times when I remember to consciously do that, it helps a lot. because you're admitting that you're not superman, because you realise that God has a better plan for you, and in so doing, you are exercising Faith and Humility. hope this helps!
