My dad just called up and asked, "Did you call me or did Mummy call me?"
Still in a morning stupor, I said, "Uh, no la, not me, I think Mummy."
...and then I hung up the phone - without passing the phone to my mum.
5 seconds later, I realised what happened and laughed at myself.
I feel silly now :P

had a similar experience before when my mum instructed me to do something when I wasn't quite awake, went back to sleep and when I woke up proper, forgot all about it!!
