Being back in MDC for reservist has been fun but tiring. The choreography has helped me rediscover muscles which I've forgotten existed and left me feeling like 10 trucks had run over me. The inner masochist says it's "shiok". Haha.

If you're free on a Sunday afternoon, why not come over for an afternoon of live music and dance? The performers have all put in lots of hard work into putting up this performance, so it'll be nice if you could go and support them :) Bring along friends if you want.

I got an email from my hosting provider today notifying me of a server-wide hack.
It was some stupid exploit hack by this group called Spykids. So some of you might have seen a weird page that said something like "You got owned by SPYKIDS" or something like that, coupled with some foreign phrases.
